Help the archive grow. Every submission enters an editorial review queue — nothing is published without verified sources.

Submission guidelines

  1. Incidents, not enemies — describe an event with dates, places and sources, never a private individual.
  2. Institutional actors only — states, agencies, courts, organizations, or an unidentified mob. Documented public victims may be named.
  3. Editorial verification, not voting — editors check sources before anything is published.
  4. Every published incident requires at least one source: news, academic, NGO or court record.
  5. Submissions enter a review queue; only verified, admin-published records become publicly visible.

জমাদানের নির্দেশিকা

  1. ঘটনা, শত্রু নয় — তারিখ, স্থান ও সূত্রসহ একটি ঘটনার বিবরণ দিন; কখনো কোনো ব্যক্তিমানুষের নয়।
  2. শুধু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক পক্ষ — রাষ্ট্র, সংস্থা, আদালত, সংগঠন, অথবা অজ্ঞাত জনতা। নথিভুক্ত প্রকাশ্য ভুক্তভোগীদের নাম উল্লেখ করা যেতে পারে।
  3. সম্পাদকীয় যাচাই, ভোট নয় — প্রকাশের আগে সম্পাদকেরা সূত্র যাচাই করেন।
  4. প্রতিটি প্রকাশিত ঘটনার জন্য অন্তত একটি সূত্র লাগে: সংবাদ, গবেষণা, এনজিও বা আদালতের নথি।
  5. জমা পড়া তথ্য পর্যালোচনার সারিতে যায়; কেবল যাচাইকৃত ও প্রকাশিত নথিই সবার কাছে দৃশ্যমান হয়।
